Important Announcement from Robert Adams, MD

As of July 1, 2012 Robert Adams, MD is opting out of Medicare participation.
Dr. Adams will see patients who have Medicare if they enter into a private contract with him and/or pay cash.

Dr. Adams believes that the government is rationing health care to the elderly by limiting their coverage and physician reimbursement. This is an observation Dr. Adams has made in his own practice. In an effort to raise awareness to this situation, he has informed his patients and local primary care offices that he will no longer be accepting patients who want to use their Medicare coverage.

If a patient has any questions about this policy change, please contact our Glenwood Springs Office at (970) 945-8683.
Dr. Adams also recommends that patients contact their Congressman and request a policy change.
